Return & Exchange

We want you to be happy with your order.

Exchanges

• Exchange any unworn item, with tags attached, within 15 days of delivery.
• The most common reason is a size swap — tell us the size you need and we will arrange it, subject to stock.
• Your first size exchange on an order is free; we cover the return courier charge once per order.

Refunds

• Because every order is Cash on Delivery, we do not process cash refunds.
• If an item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, we replace it free of charge, or give store credit if no replacement is available.

What cannot be exchanged

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered or are missing tags.
• Innerwear and items marked "final sale / no exchange".
• Bundle sets can only be exchanged as a complete set.

How to start an exchange

• Message us on WhatsApp (03355239840) within 15 days with your order number and what you would like to change.
• We confirm and share the return address or arrange a pickup.
• Once we receive and check the item, we send the replacement.
