By using fashionsoul.store and placing an order you agree to the following.

Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm every order with you on WhatsApp before dispatch.
• Orders we cannot confirm within 48 hours may be cancelled.
• We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or the delivery details cannot be verified. We will let you know if this happens.

Pricing & payment

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes.
• Prices and availability can change without notice.
• Payment is Cash on Delivery only — you pay the courier when your parcel arrives.

Products

• We try to show colours and details as accurately as possible; slight variation between the photo and the actual item can occur.
• All measurements are approximate.

Accounts

• Keep your account details accurate and your login secure.
• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fashion Soul is not liable for indirect or incidental losses, or for delivery delays caused by events outside our control.
